Here are just a few of the services we provide:


*Coordination of physician appointments for patients 

*Education for patients and their families on the disease and the support available through the center

*Coordination of a social worker when needed 

* “Patient Welcome Kit” sent to each family prior to physician visits 

*Educational materials for patients and families  i.e NG tube care and care kit 

*Negotiated reduced local hotels costs for out-of-town patients traveling to the Center

*Reminders sent to patients for maintenance programs and services available

*Educational programs for local and regional medical personnel - CME hours (when available)    

*School advocate coordination when needed 

*Educational materials and classes related to dietetic restraints and modifications 


The SEED Center is solely funded through charitable donations and grants, planned giving, corporate sponsors, and research grants.  Fundraising activities are planned year round to help the Center meet its’ many charitable goals.  Please go to our donation tab if you would like to help us meet our goals!
